We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

• Australia & New Zealand Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand via Australia Post or TNT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Dispatch Times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Australian customers typically receive their order within 1–7 business days.

• Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, and no specific timeframe is shown, delivery may take 2–3 weeks. We will notify you if delays occur.

• International Orders
We currently do not ship outside Australia or New Zealand.
New Zealand customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by NZ authorities.

• PO Boxes
Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver large or bulky items to PO Boxes.

Restricted Items

Spearpoint complies with all Australian export controls and international regulations.

• Ballistic & Controlled Equipment
We do not sell equipment or clothing classified by the Australian Government as “Ballistic” or subject to ITARs legislation outside of Australia and New Zealand.

• Restricted Product Categories
Ballistic helmets, infrared (IR) items, and certain weapon accessories are only available to:

• Government agencies

• Defence personnel

• Law enforcement

• Specially licensed customers

Proof of eligibility may be required before processing an order.
